Common questions about our pricing and plans.

What counts as a "show"?

Each show is a single event — for example, an Open Show or a Championship Show. If you run a double-header weekend with two separate shows, that counts as two shows.

When do we get charged the per-entry fee?

The per-entry fee (£1.50) is deducted automatically from each entry payment before funds are transferred to your Stripe account. You never need to pay it separately.

Can we switch from DIY to Managed?

Absolutely. You can upgrade to the Managed plan at any time and we will pro-rate the difference. You can also downgrade at your next renewal.

Is there a contract or minimum term?

No. Plans renew annually but you can cancel at any time. If you cancel mid-year, you keep access until the end of your billing period.

What payment methods do exhibitors use?

Exhibitors pay by credit or debit card via Stripe at the point of entry. Payments are processed securely and funds are transferred directly to your club's bank account.

Do you support Championship shows?

Yes. Remi supports all RKC-licensed show types including Companion, Primary, Limited, Open, Premier Open, and Championship shows.

What does "Exhibitor query handling" mean on the Managed plan?

We respond to exhibitor questions on your behalf — things like class eligibility queries, entry amendments, and payment issues. You stay in the loop but we handle the day-to-day.

Can multiple people manage our shows?

Yes. You can add other committee members as show secretaries so they can manage entries, view reports, and help run the show.
